In layman's point of view the biggest problem is inconsistency, they are mostly not being prepared earlier then the situation. Cricket team of Pakistan is always know to be unpredictable because they can easily lose the match from an easy opponent or from the situation where you don't have to lose, and in the same way have produced magnificently great results against stronger opponents and have performed in such situations when nobody was expecting, like after the trio spot fixing scandal.
The question is that why is this so? according to the layman there are some simple reasons why they not consistant in thier performance.

• One is that they are not pro active in their approach.
• Secondly they never stuck with their approach.
• The main reason is that they are not getting the right captain from a long time.

Is this perception is right or how could it be changed??
